Amanda Neighbors, 5th Grade ELA

Greetings! I am Amanda Neighbors, and I am thrilled to be teaching 5th grade ELA. This will be my 16th year in education. I have a wonderful husband, two great kiddos, and one sweet Getman Shephard (that thinks she is a lap dog). We are a military family, so I have experience teaching in several different states. My heart is in the classroom-  serving students and the community. Teaching students how to read and allowing books to take them to new worlds brings joy to my heart!
