Computer Lab Aide- Marissa Galaviz

Hello,

I'm Mrs. Galaviz, the computer lab aide at Mary Martin Elementary. I started a few years ago as a substitute teacher at Martin. Then I became a paraprofessional in our self contained classrooms. I became the Computer Lab Aide in February of 2025. Every student from Kinder to Fifth sees me at least once each week. We learn how to navigate a keyboard, use digital art design, and about internet safety to mention a few. Our goals are to become the best digital citizens we can be and explore our creative sides in the digital world. In addition to computer class I oversee everything yearbook related, help with Roo Rally slideshows, and I help our 5th grade Tech Squad.
