Welcome!

My name is Alena Burnett and I am a 1st grade teacher at Mary Martin Elementary School. I joined Weatherford ISD this year, but began my teaching career in January of 2023. I have 4 years of experience in education. 

 

I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood-6th grade Education from Tarleton State University. I love building relationships with students and their families, and watching the progression and growth of my students throughout the year. Go Roos!
